This morning, David LeWarne, Minister of Education, was awarded the title of Honorary Water Commissioner, according to a Royal Decree issued by the Office of the Monarch. This honorary title comes with no legal benefits or perks. David, who is currently a high school biology teacher, personally coached His Majesty The King in the sports of Cross Country and Track & Field.
